MEDICAL BENEFITS
All full time associates are eligible to join our health plan 30 days from hire. You may choose single or family coverage. This is a PPO Plan which includes an extensive network of providers.


DENTAL BENEFITS
Dental coverage is available for all full time associates 30 days from hire. The dental plan is also a PPO. Republic Airways pays the premium for the associate only (though family coverage is available at a nominal charge).


TEMPORARY DISABILITY INSURANCE
The disability program helps protect associates when they are unable to work due to illness or injury. This insurance provides partial income protection in the event of disability caused by non-occupational (off the job) illness or accident.


VISION BENEFITS
The vision plan offered by Republic Airways provides associates with company-paid vision care. The plan includes one eye exam per year, and up to $125 for eyeglass lenses, frames or contact lenses.


SECTION 125 FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PROGRAM
Republic Airways offers associates two types of spending accounts: a health care account and a dependent care account. These accounts allow you to set aside pre-tax dollars for non-reimbursed expenses and reduce your taxable income.


BASIC LIFE INSURANCE
Republic Airways offers full time associates company-paid group term life insurance. Eligibility starts after 90 days of full time employment. Coverage for associates is twice the associate’s annual salary. Coverage for spouses is provided in the amount of $5,000. Coverage for dependent children ranges (based on the child’s age) from $1,000 to $2,500.


ACCIDENTAL DEATH AND DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) INSURANCE
This Company-paid benefit is provided to the associate in the amount of 2x base pay to a maximum of $500,000. This benefit is paid if death or dismemberment is due to a non-work related accident. AD&D benefits are paid in addition to your Company-paid Basic Life Insurance.

401(K) RETIREMENT
Republic Airways offers a very competitive 401(K) retirement plan to full time associates. Associates may contribute up to 90% of their income on a pre-tax basis. The Company offers an accelerated company match based on years of employment. Associates may choose from 18 different funds. All associates 21 years of age or older are eligible to participate upon hire.


TRAVEL
One of the many benefits of working at Republic Airways is the ability to fly free (or at a reduced rate) on all Republic subsidiaries. Upon employment, associates, spouses (or, in some cases, domestic partners), eligible dependent children and parents of the associates are eligible to fly on Republic flights. In addition (depending on which code share partner you fly), you and your dependents are eligible for free or reduced fare travel.
