Shuttle America Captain and Co-Pilot

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Captain (Pilot in Command) is responsible to the System Chief Pilot. He/She is the direct representative of the company from departure until return to his/her crew base. When assigned to a flight, the captain is in total command of the aircraft and crew in conjunction with, or in addition to, responsibilities mentioned in the employee manual or in FAR 21.

The first officer is administratively responsible to the Chief Pilot. He/She is operationally responsible to the captain of the flight to which he/she is assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Punctuality, Reliability and Flexibility in work schedule

1500 - 2000 Hours

500 Multi Engine Hours

Class One Medical

Commercial Pilots License

Commercial Instrument Rating

ATP Written Preferred

Dash 8 Experience Preferred (not required)

Turbine Engine Experience Preferred (not required)

Regional Airline Experience Preferred (not required)
