JOB DESCRITION: |
Initial contact for all verbal & written communication between distressed/disgruntled passengers and Shuttle America |
Ability to triage, sort and prioritize varios requests/responses by level of urgency. |
Ability to communicate in a professional manner, both verbal and written |
Ability to negotiate settlements in the best interest of Shuttle America |
Develop, maintain and manage database and file system of customer service verbal and written complaints |
Responsible for the development of weekly reports that will assist the company in its efforts to recapture market share |
Ability to effectively re-build relationships with former customers |
Position requires attendance of Reservation & Customer Service classes and will require the ability to assist in these positions to better understand the operation of Shuttle America |
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: |
Position requires three to five years of Customer Service experience |
Ideal candidate will possess a knowledge of airline, irregular operations, preferred but not required |
Position also requires strong organizational skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. |
PC and spreadsheet experience is required |
Candidate must have the ability to work with minimal supervison |
Occasional travel is necessary. |
